Berten D’Hollander Announces New Album Bonbons de Paris

Emanuel Flutes is delighted to share news from Belgian flutist Dr. Berten D’Hollander, who performs on an Emanuel flute.

D’Hollander has announced a new album, Bonbons de Paris, recorded with pianist Ana Granik and forthcoming on AYZ Records. The project includes Maurice Ravel’s Habanera for flute and piano, offering a glimpse into a recording centered on the color, elegance, and expressive character of the flute.

A laureate of the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation, D’Hollander is an internationally active concert flutist and Professor of Flute whose career spans more than three decades. He has appeared as a soloist, orchestral musician, chamber musician, teacher, and masterclass clinician internationally.

He holds a PhD in Music, First Prizes in solfège, flute, and chamber music, a pedagogical degree from the Conservatory of Antwerp, and a Diplôme Supérieur in flute. His extensive recording career includes eight albums.

Berten D’Hollander performs on an Emanuel flute, and we are proud to see an Emanuel instrument as part of his continuing artistic and recording journey.

We look forward to hearing Bonbons de Paris upon its release.
