Sadly, MET Orchestra Musician Vincent Lionti passed away due to complications related to Covid-19 on April 4, 2020. Vincent Lionti joined the viola section of the MET Orchestra in 1987 and enjoyed a diverse career as a conductor, educator, and program director as well. RIP and heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.
